Why should we tithe? Tithing is an act of worship that reminds us to be grateful for what God has provided to us. Giving enables Tabernacle Baptist Church to carry out its mission in service to God. Your generous gifts support our church's mission to serve God and the community. Church leaders decide how to allocate those gifts in support of missions, the upkeep of the building, community outreach, and programs that encourage spiritual growth.

What is God's promise to the tither? "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."
