Reverend Michael L. Watson is the Pastor-Elect of the Tabernacle Baptist Church of Coatesville. A native of Philadelphia, for the last 10 years, Pastor Watson served as an Associate Minister at the Mount Olive Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Harry Moore, Sr. 

Committed to preaching & teaching the gospel, as well as shepherding individuals to Christ, Reverend Watson has also served as Assistant Superintendent of Sunday School, and as a member of the Trustee Board. Having recently completed his second Masters of Divinity, Pastor Watson is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology of Virginia Union University. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Pastor Watson is married to the former Duane Michelle Sims, and they are the proud parents of two children—Samantha and Jaden.
